I'm incredibly upset. I had a good chance at this job; I got up early to iron my suit; I was really excited. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
papertigers was going to drive me to the interview. And then....
I forgot my purse. The cable guys came late, and there is a problem with installing the internet, so they can't even install it. They wouldn't let her leave to come pick me up, and I had no money for the bus. I called the place I was interviewing. They are making a decision by tomorrow at the latest.
I've lost my chance at the job. I'm so frustrated and upset that I can die. This is the best prospect I've had in 7 months of looking.
Edit: I just got a call back, and they still want to interview me tomorrow. This is a good thing. I can do that and take care of a couple of other things ifpapertigers will let me drive her to work and back tomorrow - which I'm guessing she will. PHEW!
